→Mixing Board
== Mixing Board ==
Some DAWs feature a mixing board window that can be viewed at the same time as the timeline; others have a dedicated view. This looks like a typical tangible mixing board, with all the tracks laid out side by side with vertical sliders to view and edit their levels. This is most useful for balancing the volumes of the multiple tracks, but can also quickly get to the tracks' inserts, panning, or other features accessible from their control panels.
