Most Kemper users that post good profiles on the Rig Exchange will also create a thread about them in the Free Rigs and Profiles subforum to discuss the profiling setup in detail. Then there are some people that for one reason or another don't want to upload their rigs to the Rig Exchange but post Dropbox links in threads to rig packs.
