Profiling the BE100 as a community, phase 2. This time I wasted a bunch of time making stupid mistakes so I didn't get much accomplished. Three requests were addressed this time... 1) Make a clean profile (HAWP-2 BE100 CLN). It's a nice clean channel but it's nothing special IMHO. If you want to try any other settings please let me know and I'll be happy to try it. 2) Compare the BE and HBE channels with similar gain settings. The different profiles are as follows: HAWP-2 BE GAIN-4 (this is the baseline). HAWP-2 HBE GAIN-3 HAWP-2 HBE GAIN-2 3) Try moving the AT4040 mic away from the cab. The profiles are as follows: HAWP-2 BE GAIN-4 (this is the baseline, both mics are 2 inches away from the speaker frame). HAWP-2 G-4 AT-06IN (Moved the AT4040 out to 6 inches) HAWP-2 G-4 AT-07IN (Moved the AT4040 out to 7 inches) HAWP-2 G-4 AT-08IN (Moved the AT4040 out to 8 inches) HAWP-2 G-4 AT-09IN (Moved the AT4040 out to 9 inches) HAWP-2 G-4 AT-10IN (Moved the AT4040 out to 10 inches) HAWP-2 G-4 AT-11IN (Moved the AT4040 out to 11 inches) HAWP-2 G-4 AT-12IN (Moved the AT4040 out to 12 inches) Note: I did not pay any attention to the mic phase, it is what it is... A few people have mentioned that they like the profiles so far but that they needed to add a little treble. Today I did try to brighten the profiles by changing the mic positions but I didn't have any luck, next time I'll try to change the tone settings on the amp. Here are the amp settings: Presence = 5 Bass = 7 Middle = 8 Treble = 5.5 Master = 2 Voice Switch = Right FAT = Off C45 = Off SAT = Off Clean Bass = 3.5 Clean Treble = 7.0
